We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic automotive internet manager to join our team. As an internet manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the online sales process, managing online leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to incoming online leads via email, chat, and phone, ensuring timely and effective communication with potential customers.
• Monitor and manage the dealership's online presence, including social media channels, website content, and online advertising campaigns.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute online marketing strategies designed to generate leads and increase sales.
• Track and analyze online sales metrics and customer feedback, and use this data to improve the online sales process and overall customer experience.
• Manage and update customer information in the dealership's CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all online leads and customer interactions.
• Work with the sales team to ensure that online leads are properly assigned and followed up on in a timely and effective manner.
• Conduct online training sessions with sales staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about the online sales process and best practices for online customer engagement.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive internet sales or management preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of online sales and marketing best practices.
• Familiarity with automotive CRM software and online lead management systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and online advertising platforms.
• Bi-Lingual(Spanish) Preferred
