The Role

You will be responsible for executing integrated internal communications strategies that help drive awareness and understanding of Fidelity Digital Assets’ business priorities and progress across multiple internal audiences, and proactively leading and optimizing internal communications platforms, such as SharePoint. The Internal Communications Manager will be exposed to a diverse set of projects as a member of a growing team working cross enterprise to support the firm’s digital assets ecosystem. #cryptojobs

• Minimum of 2 years internal and/or external communications experience within an agency or brand team

The Value You Deliver

• Serve as a “connective tissue” for Fidelity Digital Assets, partnering with key stakeholder groups like the leadership team, HR, learning and development and external communications, to ensure broad internal awareness of Fidelity Digital Assets initiatives and keep Fidelity Digital Assets associates well informed about developments

• Write and distribute internal communications, including email announcements, internal social content, intranet articles and overviews

• Optimize and maintain the Fidelity Digital Assets SharePoint site to support sales and client service enablement

• Own measurement and reporting for the Fidelity Digital Assets internal communications program

• Help amplify research and thought leadership through internal promotion

• Facilitate content reviews with key stakeholders

• Partner with the Marketing Coordinator, segment marketing leads and Fidelity Digital Assets speakers to support internal events, such as all-hands meetings, national sales conferences, and insightful initiatives

• Partner with the Enterprise Services internal communications lead to give Fidelity Digital Assets content for quarterly publications and all-hands meetings

Internal Communications Manager, Fidelity Digital AssetsSM Fidelity Digital AssetsSM, a subsidiary of Fidelity Investments, is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to help build and execute an internal communications strategy to reach Fidelity Digital Assets associates and business partners across the Fidelity enterprise. The position will report to the Director of Marketing and offers exciting opportunities to create connections across digital assets initiatives and help communicate the business unit’s strategy and progress, working with the leadership team, marketing team, digital assets HR and learning and development partners, and other internal communicators within Enterprise Services and broader Fidelity.
