YOUR DAY AS AN INTAKE - SCHEDULE COORDINATOR

As an Intake - Schedule Coordinator, you render an invaluable service to our home healthcare agency. Each day, you oversee our client intake process, respond to questions or concerns our clients might have, and monitor our insurance verification process. You do all of this while ensuring that we are in constant compliance with regulatory requirements. In addition, you are the keeper of our master schedule, ensuring that our employees are in the right place at the right time and that our clients' needs are compassionately met.

You are also an enthusiastic advocate for our agency. A people person, you maintain positive relationships with our clients and seize any opportunity that comes along to solidify our outstanding reputation in the community. We often depend on referrals to bring in clients, so you gather statistics and create reports about our referral trends so that we can gain insights on how to better promote our agency. A team player, you take on any other administrative tasks that come your way in an effort to help our agency thrive. You are proud to play such an important role in lifting those who need a hand!


WHAT WE NEED IN AN INTAKE - SCHEDULE COORDINATOR

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of scheduling experience
  • Ability to positively market our agency as a high-quality provider of services
  • Knowledge about business management, governmental regulations, and private payer practices

Experience scheduling private duty or home healthcare is preferred. Are you a self-starter? Do you have exceptional customer service skills? Can you be assertive when necessary?
