The Bess Agency & Associates of American Family Insurance is looking for a positive, motivated individual to join our championship team as a Full-Time Insurance Customer Service Representative - Family Risk Advisor in Chesterfield, MO. Our agency doesnt just sell insurance; we work as a team toward a common goal of being the best at our jobs. Selling is important, but it is just as important to build relationships with our clients and make sure they are protected. Salary Range: $37000.00 per year
Benefits
Base Salary $37,000 per year plus Commissions
- Top earners could expect to make in the first year $40,000

Responsibilities
- You will support current clients by answering incoming phone calls, assisting with billing and policy transactions, and conducting personal insurance reviews.
- With your excellent relationship-building talents, youll be following up with clients to ensure satisfaction, cross-sell and round out client accounts with Life and Commercial Insurance, and educate & advise clients on the best policies for their unique needs.
- With your keen attention to detail, youll be assisting clients with claims issues and informing clients of rate changes.
- Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in developing insurance quotes and applications using Foremost, Vacant Express, and American Modern.
- Use your savvy skills to help grow the business through prospecting for new clients and communicating with current clients through Hearsay Texting, AmFam App, and other technologies.
Requirements
- An Active MO Property & Casualty License is Required within 30 days of hire. Licensing assistance is available.
- Life & Health Insurance License is Required within 90 days of hire. Licensing assistance is available.
- High School Diploma Required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including a positive attitude and professional phone and office etiquette.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
