Job Description
To create and develop documentation and training materials for the Customer Solutions Group, training team. This position will work to assist subject matter experts with the design of training content to ensure quality learning outcomes while adhering to strict regulatory and legal guidelines. This position is a global position developing training materials to be delivered to the SBC regional trainers. Responsible for meeting the project deadlines and self-driven to manage time effectively and meet team goals.
Job Duties
- Develop interactive training tools, virtual training support, filming and editing training videos for technical and commercial requirements.
- Manage multiple projects achieving milestones to meet new training program introductions or program revisions.
- Work with stakeholders from engineering and manufacturing by taking projects from concept to completion.
- Manage and execute the creative aspect of training program development under the direction of the training manager.
- Assess existing training materials and help build the most appropriate formats and approaches with ongoing development and revisions that drive business needs.
- Develop evaluation strategies to collect feedback from learners to validate that learning outcomes are achieved.
- Assist classroom and virtual training sessions when needed.
Job Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred, preferably in technology education or graphic design related program. Working with the Articulate suite or other e-learning development platforms.- Minimum of 3-5 years in current and relevant experience building online e-learning modules and learning products, preferably in the medical or medical device industry
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Office programs
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and experience in curriculum or program development
- Minimal travel
