Description:
Maintaining and expanding service sales for the Point of Care capital technologies portfolio.
Prospect, analyze, prepare, negotiate, and execute on closing service contracts.
Act alone and as a liaison to increase the company's service sales market penetration and will have direct interaction with customers.
Facilitate the sale and distribution of service contracts working with various internal groups/personnel across multiple commercial departments (Sales, Finance, Marketing, Contracts and Legal), maintaining expert knowledge of program levels, entitlements, contractual terms, and pricing.
Achieve service sales targets through efficient and effective sales cycle management.
Central point of contact for service contract sales and timely processing of contracts.
Develop contact/target list regarding service contract sales opportunities (new contracts, contract renewals, lapsed contracts).
Negotiate and draft contract terms and conditions in accordance with corporate policies.
Utilizes systems and platforms for customer contact, sales opportunities, and sales cycle management to proactively convert our installed base into Service contract.
Analyze potential risks that contract changes may pose to the organization.
Present and explain contract conditions and details to customers, business partners, and management.
Build relationships with key stakeholders within accounts.
Develop and execute sales strategies.
Resolve any existing contract conflicts.
Work with different levels of personnel within an organization to analyze and solidify an overall contract strategy.
Independently support full contract management.
Analyzes customer’s capital technology products to compose service proposals, quotations, and executable contracts from approved templates.
Acts as a resource to the sales organization in regard to current pricing and contracting policies and programs.
Participate in and prepare for contracting strategy meetings.
Perform database maintenance on an ongoing basis to insure accurate reporting.
Assist in updating departmental SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
Meet deadlines and update clients with status.
Interface with internal departments to establish working relationships, assure proper end-user pricing and contract effective dates are loaded.
Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal/external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company’s policies and practices; build productive internal/external working relationships.
Carries out duties in compliance with established business policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related discipline is required
Minimum 2 years experience
Experience directly related to contract sales and administrations, preferably within the biotech/ healthcare industry
Organizational skills, attentiveness to detail, ability to work under general supervision and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to listen, resolve moderately complex problems, deal with unresolved issues, delays, and unexpected events, while effectively communicating and maintaining rapport with Customers, and Sales Representatives
Proficiency in operating a personal computer
Minimum intermediate Word and Excel experience a must (Advanced proficiency with MS Office preferred)
Ability to effectively and constructively communicate across departmental disciplines while pursuing service contract sales goals
Strong analytical ability, originality and ingenuity required
The demonstrated ability to enter and retrieve data quickly is also required
Must have the knowledge and ability to extract data from multiple information systems on an ad-hoc basis
Must have customer service attitude
Self-motivated - Out of the box thinker; positive attitude, passion for quality and delivery and excellence
Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance
Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced, dynamic team environment
Previous sf.com/CRM or database experience preferred
Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects

Pay: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour
