Inside Sales Support

Position Specifics:
Department: Sales
Reports to: VP/Sales Manager
Supervises: N/A
Hours: 40 hours weekly

Purpose:
Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting sales department and to grow customer accounts, facilitate lead generation over the phone and assist with walk-in clients. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing sales support to Eaheart’s retail customers through direct and indirect channels. This role will partner with the sales team to grow existing customer accounts, facilitate lead generation, and qualify leads generated through telemarketing and other indirect channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Present a professional image in personal appearance, dress and preparation.
  • Manage key customer account relationships to provide a differentiated customer experience.
  • A self-starter who is passionate about helping build Eaheart’s presence through directly selling equipment, racking, allied and aerial equipment.
  • Facilitate new quotes (new and used equipment, allied, racking, aerial) to prospective customers to determine customer needs, present product information, and explain available services
  • Facilitate lead generation from the internet, over the phone ad assist with walk in customers
  • Present equipment, finance options, Customer Value Services (CVA) options and solutions
  • Conduct proactive account management on assigned accounts using Sales Link (CRM tool)
  • Monitor and report GPS (speeding violations, ) for all Territory Managers, and customer service Representative.
  • Bid paperwork
  • Track incoming equipment and communicate information to president and Vice President/sales Managers
  • Assist with new quotes on all products,
  • Monitor and report (new & used ) equipment sold and on order
  • Use Sales Link to document customer information, leads, activities, sales transactions and follow up plans
  • Complete all required sales documentation, including, Purchase Agreements, tax exempt certificates, Customer Support

Agreements and finance contracts

  • Collaborate with Territory Managers and demo operators to schedule and conduct on and off-site demos, inspections and any other necessary field sales functions
  • Collaborate with, Marketing, Customer Support Representative and Territory Managers to identify interested and qualified customers
  • Acquire knowledge of Eaheart and competitive products in order to offer the best solutions based on customer needs, interests and concerns
  • Become an equipment consultant to customers through knowledge of machines, machine application, operating costs, productivity and over-all equipment economics
  • Safely operates equipment and practices safety at all times

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree with concentration in business or related field preferred
  • 1 year industry related experience preferred
  • 1 year inside sales or other sales experience preferred
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license required
  • Personal characteristics: Strong customer service and communication skills, achievement oriented, planning / organization skills, problem solving, team player
  • Demonstrates strong work ethic and acts with a sense of urgency
  • Strong computer knowledge and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Interest in future sales career

Compensation:
Method of Pay: Salary Hourly X Commission
Pay Range: $18.00 to $23.00
Vacation Eligibility: 1 week (1st Year); 2 week (2nd year); 3 week (10 years)
