Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Inside Counter Associate for a company based in Huntsville, AL. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for Providing “Beyond the Box” sales support for customers while maintaining profit margins and proper inventory levels.Pay Rate
$13.00-$16.00 per hour Based on Experience
Schedule and Hours
8:00am-5:00pm Monday - Friday
Inside Counter Associate Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist customers in part selection, acquisition, and purchase in person or over the phone.
- Maintain inventory levels, gross margins and knowledge on the products assigned by Store Manager Scanning mail into system for digital copy purposes
- Organize and stock showroom shelves and display areas, while assisting in maintaining clean, sanitary and safe work areas Communication with customers
- Develop and maintain precise and accurate data entry skills
- Complete tasks assigned by Store Manager
- Work in warehouse area when needed
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- at least 1 year experience in Inside Sales / Customer Service
- Excellent customer service and communications skills
- Must be detail-oriented with good organizational skills
