Top Secret Clearance || Aberdeen, MD : The Job: :
This position manages, coordinates, plans, organizes, controls, integrates and executes a collection of projects supporting the DSRC; ensures achievement of financial, schedule, technical, and new business performance objectives; demonstrates strong leadership in ethics, safety and security; and provides direct people-management. The site leads works to ensure all technical requirements of the contract at the DSRC are being met; serves as the primary point-of-contact for the government Technical Director, or equivalent, and work in tandem to ensure the successful operations of the DSRC; creates appropriate teams and hosts meetings to develop timely responses to work requests and solve technical problems as they arise; anticipates future requirements and provides feedback and recommendations as needed; ensures appropriate skilled resources are applied to various projects; provides technical oversight to all projects performed at the DSRC, negotiating and adjusting resources as needed to ensure timely completion of tasks; maintains cognizance of all HPCMP cross center and local DSRC technical activities to obviate communication gaps, and ensures that the technical staff meets all skill level requirements.

The Qualifications: :
- An active top secret clearance
- Bachelor's Degree and 8 years’ working experience, or equivalent experience. May substitute equivalent experience, training and/or certifications for the degree
- Specific prior experience leading technical personnel
- ITIL Foundation v3 or v4, or obtain within 6 months of start date
Preferred: :
- Experience with the specification, analysis, and procurement assistance with large HPC systems
- 6+ years’ experience with HPC systems
- 8570.01M/ IAT-II
