Salary: £12.01 up to £18.31 per hour with our premiums and overtime rate

• Starting rate - £12.01 per hour

• Basic- £10.01 per hour

• Night shift premium (between the hours of 10pm and 6am) - plus £2.00 per hour

• Freezer premium for all hours worked - plus £1.30 per hour

• Days Sunday premium (between the hours of 6am and 10pm) - plus £2.50 per hour

• Nights Sunday premium (between the hours of 10pm and 6am) - plus £5.00 per hour

• Performance based incentives available when targets are met (on average £0.82 per hour)

• Overtime paid at basic x 1.25

About the role

As one of our dedicated Inbound Team, you will work as part of our amazing team in a busy and fast paced business with great benefits and plenty of opportunities to progress your career. This isn’t like any other warehouse job, you’ll be working alongside your colleagues in a state of the art facility, unlike any other in one of the fastest growing online businesses in the UK.

You'll be receiving goods from suppliers and decanting products into totes (crates). You will be required to go in and out of the Freezer from time to time with this role (temperatures below -20℃). We will provide you with equipment to work in this environment, but you must be able to work in these cold conditions.

You do not need to have any previous experience as you will undertake training, but you will need to have a good level of fitness, able to work in multiple temperatures, from frozen to ambient, have a good eye for detail and be able to work independently but also be a good team player.
