We are seeking a(an) Clinical Coordinator for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Did you get into our industry for these reasons? Job Summary and Qualifications

1 Initiates intradepartmental problem solving and communication. Provides leadership guidance and

instruction to staff. *

2 Directs the coordination of patient flow through the department. *

3 Assists in the development and implementation of department PI functions to include: audits, hand hygiene observations and turn-around-times. *

4 Coordinates troubleshooting for diagnostic imaging equipment. *

5 Works closely with Imaging Director, establishing job expectations and monitor work performance of staff. Maintains appropriate staffing levels to coincide with patient volumes and budget productivity. *

6 Assists Imaging Director in daily KRONOS and PRODUCTIVITY review.

7 Assists Radiation Safety Officer with quarterly Radiation Safety Committee Meetings.

8 Actively involved in specific projects requested by Imaging Director. *

9 Assists with cost containment of inventory management (SMART). *

10 Serves as PACS “Super-User”, coordinates troubleshooting for PACS operations. Assists in the enforcement of Policies and Procedures for PACS. Assists in daily review of unspecified exams and errors in PACS for all modalities. *

What qualifications you will need:

• 
  Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Registered Radiographer (ARRT)
