Toyota’s CSRM group is looking for team members who are passionate about technology and interested in joining a collaborative and highly motivated team as an Identity Services Liaison.

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and maintain the deployment of multiple identity platforms and ensure that these platforms perform optimally with minimum downtime. We are looking at self-motivated individuals who are highly detail oriented and take pride in their deliverables.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, the person in this role will join the Cyber Protection team to deploy and maintain advanced, enterprise-wide security solutions.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop strong working relationship with the IAM product owners and act as a liaison to between the product owners and the business stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement robust processes and policies to monitor and govern project requests and requirements.

  • Define and develop enterprise identity lifecycle processes for workforce, customers, dealers, and suppliers.

  • Functions essentially as a corporate interface with varied external entities including courts of law, counsel, other automotive industry professionals, consultants

  • Responsible to perform investigations, conduct root cause analysis, and develop dispositions for non-conformances

What you bring

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related discipline, or equivalent work experience.

  • 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or product support environment.

  • Experience with implementing ForgeRock Product Suite and/or SailPoint IIQ, preferably with multiple IAM products.

  • A strong understanding of IAM principles and best practices.

  • Working knowledge of provisioning protocols, such as SCIM.

  • Experience with security requirements lifecycle process and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Proficient in infrastructure solutions such as Windows infrastructure, Active Directory, IAM, and networking.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required enabling an effective interface with other departments and/or professionals, and capable of representing the organization as a prime technical contact, providing leadership and guidance to less experienced professionals.

  • Proficient in the integration of various tools into DevOps pipelines such as Jenkins and Git.

  • Experience with AWS, Azure, Google, or similar container technologies.

  • Experience with Agile methodology, ideally as a Product Owner in an IAM system.
