The Sr. Loss Mitigation Reporting Analyst will be responsible for evaluation of the reporting and business needs in the Loss Mitigation functional area, identifying resources needed and developing appropriate reporting and/or business solutions to address those needs. Includes, but not limited to acquisitions, new reports, report enhancements, documenting or updating policies, procedures, system developments and process flows. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The Target Pay range is $79,040 - $91,520.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide and build reports to support portfolio productivity.
  • Identify business reporting needs and determine the appropriate systems and tools to develop reporting solutions to meet those needs.
  • Function as the subject matter expert and administrator of the departments SharePoint site and manage and develop the tool to continuously improve and enhance the functionality of the site.
  • Support training and compliance, by creating technical materials, policies and procedures.
  • Perform application development, such as user interface to SQL server, to support automation of workflows, improved FTE tracking and management of metrics.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with investors and staff members.
  • P art i c i p a t es i n m e e t i n g s to i d e n t i f y i n v e s tor or re g u l a to r y r e q ui r ed c h a n g e s, analyzes the impact of the changes to the business reporting, policies, process flows and procedures and update accordingly.

What you’ll need:

  • High school diploma required; B a c h e l o r ’ s d e gree i n r e l a t ed f i e l d or e q u i v a l e n t w ork experience is pre f er r ed.
  • Five plus (5+) y e ar s ’ e x p e r i e n c e i n L o s s M i t i g a t i on w i th a k e e n u n d e rs ta n d i ng of Loan Servicingsystems (i.e. Fiserv) a n d cur r e n t d e p a r t m e n t w or k f l o w s .
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Effective communicate skills with all levels throughout the organization.
  • Intermediate to advanced SQL Server and Excel skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive management.
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgment.
