We have an immediate opening for HVAC Service. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for servicing and repairing HVAC systems. You will be required to travel to the customer’s location to identify and discuss findings with the client, making recommendations in their best interest. We work with commercial and residential HVAC customers, so you must know how to work with small and large HVAC equipment. Light commercial experience required. Compensation of up to $75,000/annually. Pay structure is hourly plus commission.

HVAC Technician Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identifying customer’s needs
• Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
• Managing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
• Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services
• Performing repairs and maintenance
• Participate in a technical training
• Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers’ requirements

HVAC Technician Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of In-Field Service Technician Experience
• Current HVAC technician license
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean Driving Record
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to Pass Criminal Record
• Ability to Pass Drug Test
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating
• Working knowledge of boiler systems
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice
• Reside within 20 miles of Arlington
