You MUST HAVE - amazing mechanical abilities . You are comfortable with hand tools and power tools. (That means that you have them and know how to use them well.)

As an HVAC Instructor, you will perform the following tasks daily:

• Replace, modify, and/or install warm air furnaces, air conditioners, duct distribution systems, boilers, water heaters, and related piping and electrical to meet or exceed manufacturer recommendations and local codes.
• Start up installed equipment and adjust to manufacturer/job specifications.
• Troubleshoot, adapt, and resolve/repair all issues during installation that would keep equipment from functioning properly.
• Train New or Existing hires in a way where they could troubleshoot and properly fix a unit without supervision.
• Perform required documentation for each installation with complete startup record.
• Go from one location to another to assists Tech/Installers in any job they may need an extra hand in.

• You have NO visible tattoos in a short sleeve shirt.
• You are 100% a non-smoker.
• You are ready, willing and able to be clean-shaven each day for work.
• You have a clean background and an excellent driving record.
• You can lift 75 pounds.
• You also have no problems with stooping, bending, lifting, crawling, climbing ladders or working in cramped spaces or on your knees.
• You have a "can do" attitude.
• You are eager to learn.
