Payroll/Human Resources Coordinator

QUAD is currently seeking a Payroll/Human Resources Coordinator with some bookkeeping experience for our client’s Ambler, PA location. (On site)

The Payroll/Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for payroll administration, processing bi-weekly, multi-state payroll and supporting a variety of HR functions that includes maintenance of files, onboarding and offboarding, and programs and policies implementation with some bookkeeping.

Responsibilities:

The Payroll/Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Generating, issuing, and filing new employee information and paperwork
  • Overseeing new employee background and E-Verify checks
  • Coordinating benefits enrollments and assisting with related billing and processing
  • Managing full life cycle onboarding and offboarding
  • Implementing HR processes, procedures, and programs
  • Overseeing bi-weekly, multi-state payroll preparation and processing
  • Completing payroll data review and analysis
  • Assist with W2 and tax reports
  • Maintaining payroll filing system
  • Ensuring accuracy of employee payroll data, including processing employee leave status records, tracking wage garnishments and deductions, managing exemption certificates and direct deposits, and inputting new employee records
  • Bookkeeping- oversee petty cash
  • Weekly reconciliations
  • Assist with accounts receivable

Skills/Competencies:

The ideal Payroll/Human Resources Coordinator will possess these skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years’ experience payroll administration payroll processing
  • 2+ human resources experience
  • 2+ years bookkeeping experience
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Additional Details:

Total compensation: To $75k

Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ambler, PA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • payroll administration/payroll processing: 5 years (Preferred)
  • human resources: 2 years (Preferred)
  • bookkeeping: 2 years (Preferred)
