We are looking for an HR associate to join the team. As part of the HR team at APH, you will be part of a competent and growing organization where you can further develop your skills.

Key duties and qualifications include:

• Business Support: Providing support with current human resource programs.
• Administrative and Customer Service: Performs various associated HR tasks including assisting on projects, customer service support, compliance and reporting.
• Talent Acquisition: Supports the HR Generalist team with the hiring of qualified job applicants.

Qualifications:

• Two (2) years of practical HR experience and or equivalent work experience supporting a business.
• Associates degree in business or related field preferred
• Awareness and basic understanding of HR related areas like total rewards/compensation, talent acquisition/talent management and employee engagement
• Awareness of employment-related laws and regulations
• Proficient at utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, HRIS and online vendor portals
• Attention to detail and the ability to reconcile and analyze data
• Experience building and maintaining business relationships
• Solid prioritization and organizational skills
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
