We are seeking an HR Administrator to help support the day-to-day human resources functions. You will join a collaborative national HR team reporting to the site HR Manager. Your primary focus will be on the data integrity of the HRIS system which starts with the accurate entry of employee data. Additional duties include education assistance administration and onboarding & employee relations support functions. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your human resources career.

Responsibilities

• 
  Enter employee data into HRIS while ensuring accuracy and integrity of data
• Prepare documents for new hire employee
• Set-up and maintain files on new associates, which includes scanning files
• Administer education assistance
• Assist other members of the Human Resources staff with special projects or as needed

Qualifications

• 
  2+ years Human Resources experience, preferred
• Associates or Bachelor's degree, preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be able to maintain the highly confidential nature of administrative/human resources work
• Excellent attention to detail with prior data entry experience
• Excellent time management and organizational skills are a must
• Ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines while displaying a sense of urgency
• Must have strong initiative and the ability to work independently
• Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
