Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently we have 60+ labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill an opportunity at NDX National Dentex for a Full Time HRIS & Compensation Analyst. This position will be a Hybrid position in Palm Beach Gardens, FL and remote.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:

  • Administer and configure HRIS & Timekeeping systems (UKG & Kronos)
  • Assist with new module implementations
  • Help with implementing existing functionality not already in use
  • Be liaison for compensation related requests
  • Maintain current compensation structure
  • Manage the UKG Learning Management system from a security and configuration standpoint
  • Backup HRIS Specialist for data entry, unemployment and payroll assistance when needed
  • Participate in special projects
  • All other duties as assigned

Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Familiarity with HRIS and Timekeeping software configuration – UKG and Kronos Preferred
  • Be knowledgeable with Report Writing within HRIS system utilizing ad hoc reporting tools
  • Understanding of Compensation strategies and structure
  • Good understanding of HR Processes and Procedures
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Must be able to deal effectively with all levels within the organization as well as outside the organization.
  • The ability to work in a confidential environment is essential
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
  • Ability to prioritize work assignments and effectively manage time
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Excellent verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with a wide array of both external and internal customers

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

  • A Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a HR or IT related field
  • Minimum of Two (2) years of experience in a HRIS role
  • Valid driver’s license; maintain an acceptable driving record
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, walk, and stand for long periods of time
  • Occasional bending, stooping and kneeling
  • Push, pull, lift, and/or carry up to 25 pounds

Experience

Required
  • 2 year(s): Minimum of Two (2) years of experience in a HRIS role
