Duties and Responsibilities

The HR Administrator is a member of the Division’s professional services team with a key role in facilitating the smooth running of the Division. The post holder will support the Division’s HR functions including staff recruitment, appraisals and contract changes. The role requires interaction with many people within and external to UCL, and thus a professional and collegial attitude are required.

This is an interesting and challenging post with wide-ranging responsibilities. We are committed to providing training and support for the right candidate to enable them to undertake the role.

The post is initially available from 16 November 2022 until 26 June 2023, with the potential for an additional 12 month extension.

Key Requirements

The postholder will have previous experience of working within a large and complex organisation, with proven ability to meet tight deadlines. The postholder will also have strong numeracy, analysis and problem solving skills, alongside strong oral and written communication skills. A CIPD qualification or working towards would be desirable.

We are operating hybrid working and you will have the opportunity to work remotely for up to 60% a week if you wish.
