Job Description:
Trinity Integrated Care, a leading healthcare provider for behavioral health services, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment for our patients and staff.
Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize patient rooms, common areas, and offices
Change linens and towels, make beds, and empty trash receptacles
Stock and organize supplies, including linens, toiletries, and cleaning products
Perform regular deep cleaning tasks, such as, cleaning windows, fans etc.
Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions to management
Follow established procedures for infection control and maintaining a safe environment
Respond to patient and staff requests in a timely and courteous manner
Assist with laundry duties as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of experience in housekeeping or custodial work
Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable working in a small healthcare setting
