How would you like to make $30 - $42 per hour depending upon the type of cleaning jobs that you accept to do? (recurring maintenance, deep cleans, move out cleans)

At Home Care Referral Agency we are registering professional cleaners so that they can start to accept jobs from our Agency immediately after their successful registration!!!

As an Independent contractor you set your own hours and work as little or as much as you'd like, by accepting only the jobs that you want.

These are guaranteed jobs that the home owners have are already shown interested and booked their job. You are not paying for leads that may not close.

Home Care Referral Agency is a VERY BUSY placement agency that connects Independent cleaners and other independent trades that work in our around the home with home owners in the Greater Alameda county and Northern Santa Clara county areas for 1 time services, ongoing services or permanent placements.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR INDEPENDENT CLEANING PROFESSIONS WHO:

• Have a minimum of 1 year of verifiable professional cleaning experience (you should either have your own customers already or have had prior experience working for a cleaning/ janitorial company
• Have the drive and energy to build and maintain their own cleaning empire. Work peak days to maximize your earnings.
• Have high standards of workmanship and are dedicated to providing their customers with excellent results
• Enjoy working for themselves or by themselves
• Solo cleaners or teams are welcome to register (if a team, all members of the team must register separately)
• Have the proper business license/ tax permits needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have verifiable current or prior professional janitorial cleaning / house cleaning experience
• Must have your own equipment and supplies, and be licensed as required in the city you reside in
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have a cell phone and access to online scheduling apps
• Persons who carry their own liability insurance are able to bill more thus receive more than persons who do not have insurance.

PERSONS WORKING THROUGH HOME CARE REFERRAL AGENCY ARE NOT EMPLOYEES OF THE AGENCY. THEY ARE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS. You will receive a 1099 at the end of the year for any work done through our Agency. You are free to have your own customers, or work for another company/ agency while working through us

At the moment homes serviced are typically located in - Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, Northern San Jose, Milpitas, Fremont, Newark, Union City, Hayward, Sunol, Pleasanton, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Castro Valley, Dublin, Pleasanton, San Ramon, Livermore, Danville But we can easily add cities closer to you if you desire.
