We are a growing not-for-profit, community-based hospice in need of certified nursing assistants (CNA) for our Roanoke location to bring comfort, compassion and quality care to patients and families when they need it most.

Responsibilities:

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct care to our patients, assisting them in activities of daily living under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Those duties include but are not limited to: ambulation & prescribed exercise, bathing, dressing, record vital signs, and food and fluid intake and output as directed.

Qualifications:

Must have current VA Certified Nurse’s Aide license in good standing

One year of experience as a CNA, preferably in home health, hospice, or long term care

Have a valid Virginia driver’s license, and a good driving record

Good computer skills
