Description

This position is primarily responsible for processing payments according to rules and investor guidelines. Also involves working rejected payments through reports and exception processing, reversal of returned payments. This is not a remote role within the company.




Primary functions of this role include, but are not limited to:



  • Opening mail under a controlled environment.
  • Working rejected payments.
  • Processing and balancing payments according to rules and guidelines.
  • Returning checks to customers or forwarding to other business lines within the bank.
  • Depositing funds into the bank.
  • Going to logistics to pick up the mail at different times of the day
  • Printing checks to be mailed or given to other business lines
  • Processing payments
  • Processing payment thru our CDM system for lockbox
  • Working and researching checks on the NOC
  • Working and researching check on Manifest
  • Processing payment thru our CASH Database




Qualifications:


  • Able to multi task
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good decision making based on guidelines
  • Good mathematical skills
  • Able to 10 key
  • Knowledge of MSP

Hours and Work Schedule



Hours per Week: 40



Work Schedule: Monday Friday



This is not a remote role within the company.
