QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Minimum 2 years experience in the position of HOA Financial Manager for an HOA Management Firm.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Capability to work self-sufficiently on assigned tasks.

RESPONSIBILITES :

  • Provide financial services for each Community.
  • Create financial reports including: balance sheets, income statements, general ledgers, accounts payable, check disbursements, and income and expense budgeting.
  • Bill all assessments and track accounts receivable.
  • Perform collection services when needed.
  • Send delinquency notices and violation letters.
  • Oversee escrow demands.
  • Assist the Community Board of Directors in the development and preparation of the annual operating budget in accordance with California Civil Code.
  • Prepare mailings to owners of the approved budget in accordance with California Civil Code.
  • Prepare and maintain books and records necessary to produce Financial Statements.
  • Prepare and submit to a monthly financial summary of all receipts and disbursements.
  • Receive and review vendor invoices/bills and prepare checks for signature, payment, and mailing.
  • Maintain a record of homeowners dues and receipts, and provide a monthly delinquency listing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
