As a Help Desk associate, you'll be responsible for answering calls, emails, and chats from people who have questions, want to pay past due payments, help with cancelling. You'll need good customer service skills, & able to work in a fast-paced work environment. You will be responsible for handling customer support, plus management & security of all 6 locations.

Responsibilities:

• Resolving membership issues
• Cancellations
• Customer support
• Answer calls, emails and in-person inquiries.
• Watch over all 6 locations on camera
• Assisting members with past due payments, questions about trainers & classes.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $16.00 per hour

• 4 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
