The team is hiring experienced Technicians to work in LA, TX, and OK.

Mechanic

• Maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all fracturing units.
• Interpret work orders and technical manuals on paper and in PC based formats.
• Write and type service reports.
• Open and close repair orders as required.
• Work scheduled on call shifts to provide repair service for fracturing units that require repairs after normal business hours.
• Perform regular scheduled maintenance and repairs on all equipment.
• Inspect vehicles and equipment to find defects or deficiencies and keep the units compliant with all regulations.
• Maintain company facilities in a clean, safe, and environmentally sound manner.
• Maintain daily schedule and shop activities to ensure maximum productivity.
• Keep organized maintenance reports and documentation.
• Highly motivated self-starter able to work with little supervision
• Communicating directly with management, as well as field staff.
• Able to work in shop, as well as perform field repairs as part of fracturing crew
• Work on call as required. Work additional overtime when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have completed formal mechanic training and certification
• 3+ years experience as a mechanic in oilfield service rolling equipment
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Oilfield service experience on pressure pumping equipment essential
• Strong attention to detail
• Customer service attitude
• Able to work 10 days on followed by 4 days off, or 14 days on 7 days off schedule, and travel up to 100%

Pay: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
