We are looking for a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to join us as we expand our base. You should be familiar with the recruitment cycle and processed involved.
You will be responsible for the following:
Establishing relationships with new clients through business development and marketing campaigns.
Visiting current and prospective clients to develop strong relationships.
Writing and advertising vacancies on the job boards.
Coaching and leading candidates and clients throughout the hiring process. Screening, interviewing and shortlisting potential candidates both personally and by telephone.
Making job offers and checking references on candidates.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $25,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
