Summary:
This position is within the Division of Program Development and Management, Bureau of Social Care and Community Supports, and Children’s Health Home.
Responsibilities:
Duties include:
- Manage team calendars and meetings
- Receive phone inquiries and direct calls to appropriate resources; respond to constituent complaints and issues; provide administrative support to professional staff
- Assist team with document and voucher reviews
- Track Bureau assignment due dates and associated folder/paperwork to ensure timely submission
- Prepare correspondence
- Conduct eligibility review of RFA applicants
- Proofread documents
- Complete Vendor Responsibility Profiles
- Schedule webinars/WebEx with providers and stakeholder meetings
- Send out listserv announcements
- Manage responses to meetings and scheduling for team projects
- Assist with preparing reports
Basic Qualifications:
2 years of experience in the healthcare field- An Associate degree can count as 2 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree can count as 4 years of experience, and a Master's degree can count as 5 years of experience

Compensation:
Compensation for roles at Staffing Solutions Organization LLC (SSO) varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, SSO provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $19.00 hr. - $22.00 hr. In addition, SSO provides a range of benefits for this role.
