This opportunity is for a permanent part-time 22.5 hr position and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.

The Health Care Assistant will be required to undertake care duties for patients in support of and delegated by the Registered Nurse, within a hospital or similar setting. Reports patient condition to registered staff.

We are seeking a dedicated & hard working individual who has knowledge of personal care and related procedures or previous volunteer or work experience in health, education, or social environment. who will be required to undertake on-the-job training and induction and mandatory HCSW standards. Who will have the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and to carry out assigned tasks effectively in a busy environment. Effective written and verbal communication skills Working knowledge of basic information technology. The ability to work on a shift pattern rota and on some weekends.
