Mitsubishi Chemical Group is seeking a Head of Regional DIGITAL, to LEAD process transformation and it's management through the use of digital technologies (inc. data) and business models to improve Mitsubishi Chemical Group (MCG) performance and contribute MCG global strategy.

• This role would have a strong influence on the regional business priorities and leaders, while aligning with the business direction and multi-year regional roadmap based on the global digital strategy.
• Represent the region for global business transformation program, IS&T and Data to align regional business leaders
• Accountable for organizational and operational duties within the region for the full integration of regional IT teams in the global Digital structure
  • Designing regional digital and IT organization following with global digital direction
  • Improve operational efficiency to adapt global strategic partner approach in region
  • Optimize Digital and IT spend within the region
  • Responsible for the regional data quality improvements including accelerating data utilization across regions based on the digital strategy
• Responsible for the implementation of global projects within the region:
  • Implement SAP S4/HANA for each region with standard template (process and system function) and data
  • Implement Global HR platform in region with standard process, system function and data
  • Implement new financial reporting in region with standard costing process and data

• 20 + years IT industry or IT job at enterprise or IT consulting experience to lead large number of people (100 +) and / or group
• Strong Business alignment experience by understanding business direction and align with global digital / IT strategy to communicate with business leaders.
• Strategy building experience aligning with global direction / strategy
• Technology background for application including ERP(SAP), data and infrastructure for both project management and operation
  Strong influential leadership experience
• Knowledge of best practice IT operational processes, proven track record in ERP transformations

The salary range for this position is $163,000k - $240,000. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
