Gymnastics Instructor/Counselor for Summer Day Camp
Job description
- Camp W Day Camp in Melville Long Island is looking to hire a Gymnastic coach/instructor for 6-7 weeks. June 26-April 4th. Hours are from 10:30-6:00 Each class is 35 minutes long teaching campers the basics of gymnastics. Each group has no more than 15 campers and a counselor and two staff members are always with you to assist in supervision
- Candidate should be energetic and MUST have experienced coaching or participating as a gymnist.
- Camp W is a member of the American Camping Association. We have a total of 85 staff members and usually a total of 375 campers per week attending camp.
- The gymnastic class is inside a 25 foot by 25 foot room. The floor and walls have gymnastic matts on them. Music is usally played while class is going on.
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $700.00 - $800.00 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
