- NJ School Counselor or Personnel Services Certificate
- Experience working with High School / Middle School Students
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing with students, teachers, administrative staff, parents, and the community
- Meet such alternatives to above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable
- Pending budget availability
