Guest Services Attendant - Part Time
Job description
Summary:
The Guest Services Attendant will be the main point of contact for guest inquiries, complaints, seat relocations, and lost and found items. This position will work at CHI Health Center Omaha Arena and Convention Center along with Charles Schwab Field Omaha.
Responsibilities :
- Aid in resolving guest inquiries and complaints in a courteous, caring manner
- Process seat relocations throughout the duration of an event
- Operate 24/7 texting system to monitor guest messages
- Direct guests to proper seat locations or areas of the facility
- Must be technology proficient
- Assist other Team Members as needed
- Requires ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
