This role leads the North America Operating Unit (NAOU) Supply Chain (SC) Innovation and Technical support groups in Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety (QEHSS). This role has lead responsibility for Innovation Execution across all portfolios in NAOU SC Scope both Company owned and Co-Manufacturing. The scope of this role has grown to include Canada and over 25 Co-Manufacturing facilities under the Asset right strategy. This role will develop, maintain, evolve, and optimize the multi-year innovation execution roadmap to support the asset right strategy. In addition, this role will assume responsibility for, and lead all QEHSS PMO activities to include systems support for Digital Quality systems, Customer inquiries, Internal audits, Import/export inquiries, Incident Management and Crisis Resolution (IMCR), and all Management scorecards for QEHSS.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Develops an execution strategy to prioritize and align resources, internal and external, to bring over 100 innovation and capacity expansion projects to life in support of NAOU. These include New Revenue streams and on boarding Co-Manufacturing facilities for new product launches.
  • Ensures existing 3rd party facilities and Company owned facilities adhere to KO standards and maintain Quality systems to ensure TCCC high level of performance in the market. Managing internal and third-party support as appropriate to manage over 60 locations.
  • Develops a capability strategy utilizing digital systems such as IQS, ETQ etc to support the digitization roadmap and improve real time data collection and reporting.
  • Develops a strategy to reduce consumer complaints and improve the consumer experience from innovation to sustainable in market performance.
  • Manage the IMCR process and ensure RCA/CA’s are implemented/ communicated to support improvements to the overall system through knowledge sharing.
  • Builds strong credibility with Functional leaders, Bottlers, Co-manufacturers and Suppliers.
  • Leads a team of 10 direct reports.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Math or Science
  • Minimum of 10 years experience technical field
  • Experience in long range strategy development
  • Experience in leading teams with general management orientation, deep knowledge, or end-to-end operational processes within supply chain
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results
  • Experience in complex program management / implementation,
  • Strong ability in influencing and communication skills
  • Requires strong innovative thinking to disrupt the current QEHSS environment, systems, and
  • processes in place to develop future design of supply chain systems for North America Supply Chain and partnering in close coordination with key stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Ability to leverage new systems and process to handle the increase in scope and complexity presented by Co-Manufacturing partners while leverage those partnerships expertise to grow our own capability.
  • Strong ability to understand and evaluate how various actions effect a variety of system stakeholders, primarily Company owned and Co-Manufacturing, from a financial and business perspective.
  • Ability to influence with exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
