Secureone Security Services is looking for a dynamic individual who has previous experience in groundskeeping, general maintenance, etc.

We have an immediate opening for an Groundskeeper/Maintenance. Flexible part-time schedule: 1st shift, 2nd shift. 4-hour, 6 hour, 8 hour shifts can be permitted. Total hours would range between 16-24 hours per week.

Our Groundskeeper must be mature, responsible and reliable. Must be able to read, speak and write English fluently. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• 30% - 40% of position will relate to cleaning and organizing tasks, including taking out garbage, vaccuming, restocking supplies, mopping, carpet cleaning, etc.
• 30% - 40% of position will relate to maintenance projects, including painting, repairing drywall, putting furniture together, moving objects, power-washing, planting flowers around the property, etc.
• 20% of position will be special assignments/projects, including driving vehicles to be serviced, being the point of contact for on-site vendors, refilling vending machines, etc.
• 5% - 10% of position may be related to the season/weather, and may include shoveling, putting salt out, picking up garbage in parking lot, fixing fences, planting flowers, etc.
• Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have clear MVR report
• Must have a reliable means of transportation
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States
• Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a background check/investigation

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-3 years of progressive and proven maintenance experience.
