Job Summary: The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining assigned grounds, taking out trash, cleaning parking lots, and keeping fuel dispensers in neat and orderly fashion.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities: NOTE: Brewer Oil Co. unilaterally may change the requirements of this job description at any time. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. These include, but are not limited to, the following:

• 
  Receive daily assignments to maintain grounds, paths, and roadways according to the weather and the facility's maintenance schedule
• Keep fuel dispensers and facilities clean
• Conduct litter patrol in assigned area; remove trash
• Pick up trash from barrels in assigned areas, and keep assigned non-cultivated areas neat and orderly
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Must be a minimum of 17 years of age
• Must be a steady reliable worker
• Must have sufficient reading ability to understand simple instructions and schedule
• Must be able to perform simple tasks independently after being given assignments
