We are interviewing for the General Manager position at Barberitos in the Temple Terrace area of Tampa. Responsibilities include, hiring staff, scheduling staff, catering, and overseeing all aspects on the restaurant such as financial performance, providing guidance and leadership to the team, and adherence to operating standards in order to ensure overall restaurant restaurant success. Experience is required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a regional or national quick service concept.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented, with the proven ability to solve complex problems.
• Outstanding skills in team building, interpersonal communication, and staff development.
• Ability to identify opportunity areas and create plans for action.
• Proven track record in managing a budget and cost controls to optimize profits and ensure success.
• Ability to stand and walk for most of an eight-hour day and lift up to 40 pounds of weight several times per day.

Pay: $30,517.72 - $94,702.09 per year
