We are looking for a General Assistant(Sales OR Production) to join our team and provide support with a variety of administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities include but are not limited to filing, data entry, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and providing general customer service support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Be organized and detail-oriented.
• Be able to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Have basic computer skills.

Preferred:

• 4 years college degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
