FULL-TIME LANDSCAPER/PRIVATE
ESTATE

Looking for a professional and highly qualified Landscaper with 3+ years of experience to support a family in Parker, Colorado. Must have in depth experience and knowledge of general landscaping, gardening and irrigation knowledge.

• Local Candidates Only: Candidate must live within 30 minutes of the residence.
• Excellent pay rate for the right candidate! based on the candidate’s experience, education, knowledge, and willingness to work attitude.

• Start Date: ASAP
• Length of Assignment: Long-term
• Schedule: Monday-Friday – 8:00-4:30
• Experienced working in a private home is a plus
• Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the US or US Citizen
• The candidate must have at least three excellent professional references, and a clear background and clean online presence.
• Language: Fluent in English and Spanish a plus
• Weekends: Occasional weekend shifts may be scheduled.
• Education: College degree is a plus

Benefits: The position offered is full-time, based on a 40-hour week paid hourly. Work hours are

830-4:30 pm Monday through Friday with a 1/2-hour unpaid lunch break. After a 90-day probationary period, a health benefits plan is offered to the employee in addition to paid vacation, personal and sick days.

License/Certification:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES (Daily and Weekly):

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and privacy of the principal and

family at all times. Anything that is discussed with or overheard from the

Employer, family and guests should remain completely confidential from other staff and third parties, unless specifically instructed to disclose. If in doubt, double-check with the Estate Manager.

• Organizing work areas.
• Maintaining landscaping equipment to include inventory and minor maintenance.
• Scheduling yearly maintenance for equipment with appropriate vendors.
• Mowing edging and fertilizing lawns.
• Weeding and mulching landscape and beds.
• Mulching.
• General yard clean up.
• Planting seasonal flowers.
• Trimming trees, hedges, and shrubs.
• Removing unwanted, dead, or damaged trees.
• Planting shrubs, flowers, and trees.
• Watering gardens, lawns, and landscapes.
• Able to fix irrigation lines/heads, etc.

OTHER DUTIES:

• Seasonal outdoor maintenance projects as scheduled.
• Seasonal landscaping projects as scheduled.
• Monitoring and maintaining plant health.
• Snow removal.
• Pond and water feature maintenance.
