Are you an Associate General Dentist looking for an exciting opportunity in the high-growth area of Pueblo, Colorado? Advantage Dental Group, an established and highly rated family dental practice, will hire a full-time Associate General Dentist for our patient-centric practice. Our Associate General Dentists practice with 100% clinical autonomy and have the earnings potential of up to $300,000 annually in this growing community. Advantage Dental Group, located just south of the Colorado Springs area, is a short drive from south Colorado Springs and one that offers practice with the ability to ramp up and build a schedule quickly.
We are looking for an Associate General Dentist with the desire to be a leader in an established location, motivated to continue to grow our patient base by providing the highest standard of care. Ownership opportunities exist without the administrative burdens of owning your practice. What we will offer you:
Base Wage: Competitive market-based wages, receiving the greater of a daily guarantee or a 30-33% commission based on total monthly collections.
Signing Bonus: We will provide up to a 15,000 sign-on bonus as an incentive.
Equity: Subject to board approval of your candidacy before your start date, the company would grant the Associate Dentist $33,333 in equity that vest over five years based upon continued suitable standing employment and maintaining baseline practice targets. At our forecasted 3-5X growth in 3 to 5 years, the equity grant would have the opportunity to be worth $100,000 to $167,000 within five years. This equity grant would be in addition to any future decisions the Lead Dentist makes to invest in buying additional shares in Peak Dental Services, like close to 60% of our dentists & specialists.

Requirements
- Active Colorado Dental License
- Three or more years of Clinical hands-on experience
- CPR-ACLS Certification
- Denticon software experience is a plus
