Customer Service/Sales:

• Greet customers with a big smile when they come into the facility.
• Communicate effectively with potential and existing customers.
• Effectively sell our swim program to incoming customers and meet monthly goals.
• Build relationships with families and get to know their names and their children’s names.
• Handle customer complaints gracefully with a win/win outcome.
• Lead by example for other staff members by using the customer-focused principle and our Core Values in every customer and team interaction.
• Answer phones, give tours, schedule customers.
• Must be confident in your ability to learn a new POS system

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
