Singh Medical's Front Desk Sales Coordinator responsibilities include the greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding our medspa services and products, booking all appointments, checking the guest into the computer system and charging for services performed.

The Sales Coordinator is a vital part of the sales team and is responsible for ensuring the Singh Medical values and standards are consistently applied in all client interactions. They will be responsible for converting guests to clients, retaining clients, driving retail sales, and delivering an amazing experience.

Additionally, the Front Desk Sales Coordinator assists with transitional cleaning of the medspa and relaxation area as needed.

Position Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Detail-oriented and have the ability to multitask
  • A minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience, particularly within the industry.
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with a love for talking to people
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is necessary
  • Ability to be efficient and productive in a luxury, fast-paced environment
  • Enthusiastic and possess excellent customer service skills
  • Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality
  • Excellent communication, listening and computer skills
  • Ability to identify and act upon new areas for growth and increase sales.
  • Ability to thrive and stay calm, polite, and professional in a high-pressured environment to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to received feedback
  • Must be a team player
  • Proficient in Social Media
  • Esthetician License - Not required but highly desirable
  • Bilingual - Spanish and English

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Be on time for shift and maintain consistent, regular attendance record
  • Properly open and close spa each day according to Standard Operating Procedures
  • Accurately book, change and cancel medspa appointments.
  • Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves the medspa
  • Ensure that the check-in, check-out and payment process is handled in accordance with company policy
  • Provide callers and guests with detailed descriptions of medspa treatments, packages, services, and hours of operation.
  • Utilize medspa computers with skill and proficiency; document guest information in electronic record as directed.
  • Familiarity with Spa Booking Softwares
  • Ensuring client information is accurate and up to date.
  • Answer the phone promptly and use the guest’s name throughout the phone conversation; operate the phone system accurately and efficiently.
  • Actively promote the medspa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.
  • Ability to create content and post on social media
  • Maintain eye contact when addressing external and internal guests; develop professional and personalized relationships with regular guests.
  • Handle guests’ questions and concerns promptly, professionally and courteously.
  • Maintain complete confidentiality in all guest matters in accordance with company policy;
  • Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean; safe, fully stocked and well organized work area.
  • Ensure adequate stock of supplies and equipment; inform management when stock is low.
  • Must be able to work without constant direct supervision and remain at assigned post for extended periods of time.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
  • Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the medspa.
  • Drive client retention through outreach via telephone, texts, emails to current clients.
  • Ability to perform the duties of the Retail Consultant as needed.
  • Assist in all areas of medspa operation as requested by management
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the medspa that require attention

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
