We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and performing other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is organized and detail-oriented and can handle a variety of tasks with ease.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a polite and professional manner.
• Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar.
• Maintain the reception area in an orderly fashion.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support.
• Update customer information in the system.
• Process payments and invoices.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
