We are an actuarial and retirement plan administration firm, serving primarily small and medium sized employers. We work with business owners and their advisors to design, implement, and administer all types of retirement plans including Defined Benefit Plans, Cash Balance Plans, and 401(k) Profit Sharing Plans.

We currently have an opening for a friendly, detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent customer service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness of our reception area and office. We are seeking an individual who deeply cares about the day-to-day operations of our company and promises to be a valuable team player.

Qualified candidates will be dependable, multi-taskers who possess excellent communication, organizational skills with the ability to work independently, in a team-oriented environment. If you are looking for a long-term career, with potential for growth, this is the place for you!

Requirements Job Requirements:

Great customer service skills

Dependable and punctual

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word a must)

Self-motivated, resourcefulness and goal driven with problem solving skills

Excellent organizational skills

Must work well with a team

Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment

Attention to detail, double checks work for accuracy

Bookkeeping/QB background a plus

Principal Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Answering Phones

Data Entry

Customer service

Office assistant for phones and filing

Work directly with accounts receivable department

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
