Job description
Summary: We are looking for a teammate who can handle the front counter sales for a a fully-operational ornamental, decorative and structural metal company with locations in Dallas, Baltimore and Los Angeles. The counter sales representative will be helping and assuring that customers are assisted in a manner consistent and compatible with KAM standards of excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and consulting with customers on what items the customer needs.
- Entering new orders into the system for will call pick up.
- Assisting customers with loading and unloading their orders (lifting approximately 50lbs or less)
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is a must as the position consists of 80% sales and 20% warehouse.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Customer Service: 2 years
- Sales: 2 years
- Warehouse: 1 year
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- 8:30 am - 5 pm
