Job Description: Franchise Lead Pre-qualifier (Part-time)

Job Function: The position will be based at Eye Level’s NJ corporate office in Ridgefield Park, NJ and be a member of the Franchise Development Team. We’re looking for a team player who is an excellent communicator, that will assist with calling franchise leads that show interest in our franchise opportunity. The ideal candidate will be honest, passionate, respectful and an ideal team player.

Education: Some college preferred

Franchise Lead Pre-qualifier Responsibilities:

• Call newly registered franchise leads from our CRM
• Initiate the first live contact with the lead
• Screen the call according to set protocols
• Update the lead-management system after the call
• Assist Franchise Recruiters with various administrative tasks as requested

Franchise Lead Pre-qualifier Experience and Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience with sales-type communications
• Comfortable and above-average communication on the phone.
• Must be detail oriented and organized
• Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) experience
• Excellent customer service skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
