Forklift Operators Wanted.
A Forklift Operator, or Material Handler, is a certified warehouse or manufacturing associate responsible for controlling heavy machinery to move materials around the work site. Your duties will include preparing merchandise and securing it for safe, easy transport, using constant communication to determine priorities and performing regular machine maintenance on forklifts and other tools.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Capable of using a Forklift and/or Reach Forklift.
- Sort and pull orders from inventory
- Verify (may need to scan) orders from list.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Checking for damaged goods
- Staying aware of possible hazards
REQUIREMENTS:
- Forklift Certification (you may apply and get certified before the starting date)
- Steel-toe shoes
RATES:
$17 - $18 per hour (Over time may be available)
