Salary: Between $20.00 and $25.00 per hour, based on experience

JOB DESCRIPTION/ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Roofing Crew Foreman’s (Service & Repair): The ability to successfully lead a team of 1-2 workers, have experience with multiple types of flat roof service and repairs, get the job done in a timely manner and require a professional, as well as a quality product for our customers. Our Crew Foreman positions also requires a valid driver's license, good driving record, and willingness to travel multiple local states (Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, Michigan & Kentucky, a few other states in rare occasions). Experience in: EPDM, Metal, BUR, TPO roofs is a plus.
In our Roofing Foreman positions, we will help train you on our roof system but this position will require some experience in construction or roofing industry, as well as leadership, problem solving, time-management, OSHA & ACR's safety precautions & rules. Having knowledge of quality control and the ability to communicate well with your team & our customers are important, while ensuring they are getting the job done and providing a professional and quality product for our customers.
Position is Full Time, year around. Pay scale based on experience and skills for the applied for position. Vacation is available after 1 year of Full Time service.
Candidates must be willing to travel, if necessary. Travel length is based on jobs types and locations. Job sites may be in one of the following states: Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, Michigan, Kentucky, Georgia & Pennsylvania.
