  • ServSafe Certification a plus, but not required

Our trucks typically do a lunch shift and a dinner shift. You may need to arrive at our kitchen in Tucker, GA around 8 am, load the truck, work a full day, then come back to the kitchen and unload and clean. There are times you may not leave the kitchen until later in the evening. You can also work one shift and not both.

It does require that you sometimes drive your own car to the event location. You can sometimes ride in the truck or ride with other team members.

We are hiring team members to work on the truck and prepare food. We have four main positions for the truck. The cashier processes transactions while expediting orders and communicating with the line cook to maintain consistent ticket times. The grill cook is responsible for working the grill and fryer to prepare our hot items. The cold line cook assembles and plates entrées. The runner collaborates with the cashier and cold line cook to expedite food and deliver orders to guests. As a member of our team, you will learn all four positions and will regularly be stationed on all of them.

Our team requires a great amount of flexibility and versatility. While receiving orders and preparing food is one aspect of the job, on the truck, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of guest’s dining experience. The interaction you provide with the guest at the register, in the line expediting orders, or executing menu items to company standards, establishes the foundation of the experience we are trying to provide.

This is a very fast-paced environment and food needs to come out quickly and still follow our high standards of quality. There are times when you will be non-stop for an entire shift, it can be high pressure and you will be on your feet.

Pay: $150.00 - $300.00 per day
